About Me

Carissa Gray
Principal Occupational Therapist
With over 20 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist, I specialise in upper limb and hand rehabilitation. I am passionate about helping people regain confidence, independence, and the ability to participate in the activities that matter most to them. Every therapy plan is tailored to the individual, combining clinical expertise with compassionate, high-quality care to achieve meaningful outcomes. Whether you’re relearning movement after a neurological event, managing spasticity, or recovering from a hand injury, I focus on practical and functional outcomes that make a real difference.
I have extensive experience in:
- Hand injury management
- Neurological upper limb rehabilitation & retraining
- Spasticity assessment and management
- Functional task practice and goal-directed therapy
- Custom splinting and casting
I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering. My role is to guide you with clinical expertise while also listening — to understand your goals, challenges and the activities that bring meaning to your life. If you’re looking for tailored, hands-on support to improve the function of your arm or hand, Strive OT & Rehab is here to help you.
